We have developed custom solutions for extreme temperatures, over sized, micro, and flexible applications.
Examples of Specialty Tolerance Rings
AN00 COIL TOLERANCE Rings
Designed for large circumferences (diameters greater than 10”) these oversized rings can be cut to size as needed during assembly. These are often used for fastening and joining applications.
Specialty Alloys
USA Tolerance rings can build custom rings using specialty materials. If your engineering specs require unique attributes, like NACE compliance or extreme temperatures, we can use materials like: K Monel 500 and Hastelloy C276 (for temps ranging from –100F to 900F)
AND Duplex Rings
These are a unique dual ring format that’s designed for the most extreme torque applications. By doing the job of multiple rings, the AND tolerance ring can accomplish the same loads with less real estate.
